ThinkPad BIOS question

CPU/Ram: 233/64

i have tried every button combo i can think of to get to my bios. it does not give a message to press a specific button to enter it. does any one know what i should press to enter my bios? ive tried the folowing;
all "F" keys, esc, alt+esc, ctrl+esc, alt+ctrl+esc, delete, alt+delete, ctrl+delete, alt+ctrl+delete,alt+all"F" keys, ctrl+all"F" keys, alt+ctrl+all"F" keys. i am out of ideas, please help me. its a fairly older model. i think its a 233Mhz with 64MB ram.

You can press and hold the key if you wish but a few taps would do. all that will happen is the keyboard buffer will fill up. it'll still go into BIOS.
