Hi, I had win95 plus installed in my comp. I reinstalled it. After reinstalling, when I run the themes.exe file, I get a general protection fault(GPF) in the program. What is the reason and what is the remedy? Thanks, Biju.

Biju,
Try to obtain a copy of Norton Utilities.. expecially Norton Windoctor/Crashguard. I had some problems with "arbitrary" applications crashing as well and when the Windoctor went through the registery it found a lot of errors that "might" have contributed to the GPF's.
We could also look at the crash dump file and find out what is happening specifically. When is states that themes.exe caused a "GPF" at blah blah blah.. we could actually see where the violation is happening. Crank up DrWatson and try the appl again and then perhaps look up the codes online.
Good Luck.
If ya need NU or anything.. feel free to write.. you can FTP it down from my server.
