when I click on a link, a one inch title bar is thrown somewhere on the screen. After I find it, I have to maximize the window. How can I make a link automatically open maximized? Some do, but not most ... help!

It sounds like someone has resized the window then closed it. Windows remembers these types of settings and upon using them again it sets the window to the last size used. Find the window again and then enlarge it and when you close it hold down on the "Ctrl" button while closing it and then windows should remember that setting. HTH, wcr3d

For starters, wcr3d is correct. Secondly, IE 5.5 is a buggy mess. Stick with IE 5
