Hey guys! Longstory, but I need a bootdisk for a Windows 98 machine so I can use TCP/IP in DOS. Basically, I want to wipe the hard drive, but I want to image it with my other computer. Both machines are currently running Windows 98. I've heard that you can create such a disk with a Windows NT or 2000 CD, but I don't have either. So, any suggestions on how I can make one of these disks?

Go there, follow the steps carefully, and then you should have a bootable network disk in no time.

It detects old network easy, but if you have a new networkcard you have to add it yourself (that is a bit confusing for me).

Good Luck!

Is it the same for a Win95 to 98 machine using a peer to peer?
