TCP/IP and Winsock problem

CPU/Ram: 20 GB/128 MB

yesterday,i cloned 1 pc using norton ghost.the cloning was succeed.but after i reset the pc,there's one message
pop-up "could not initialize communication profile : TCP/IP.
could not open a TCP/IP socket. Winsock returned error code 10047."
But i still can log in to the network.In my office,we're using one program called Red Spider.Using red spider,we can control all the pc in our network.But for that cloned pc,i cant control. PLEASE HELP ME

Please Help me!!!!!

I would try reinstalling TCP/IP first of all.
