taskmon.exe + tweak.exe

Hi!
I have recently noticed "Tweak UI" and "Tasks" in my Close window. These files were both created on January 14th and I don't recall having installed anything special on that day. I tried to get some info on these two and I found out "my" tweak doesn't seem to be the same as "the" tweak (no tweak*.inf file for example).
Am I right to think this is suspicious or am I just paranoid? (My computer's doing bad so it's not *pure* paranoia :)

tweak.exe IS NOT tweakUI. TweakUI has no executable files and is run through control panel (i believe it is a CPL file). Simple solution. run regedit go into: HKEY_local_machine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version
look at files in RUN, RUN ONCE, RUN ONCE EX, RUN SERVICES, and RUN SERVICES ONCE
if there is anything there that you don't recognise - delete it.

Just a message to say that I've removed the files using Uninstaller and everything seems to be ok.. The files really were suspicious though nobody seems to know what they could really be... See http://ph.nowonder.com/ultimate/Forum10/HTML/006216.html for more info! Thanks!
