Okay.. Iv formatted my computer and portioned off my hard drive into a 15 and 22 gig portions... I installed 98 onto one of the two portions and xp onto the other. I go onto 98 one and I can only go into safe mood because my processor is above 2.2 GHz.. How do I fix this problem with 98?

Here's a couple of suggestions:
1. Underclock your CPU to get below 2.1 Ghz limit.
2. Dump 98FE & replace/upgrade to 98SE
