My system automatically starts I switch on the Power from the main socket. The power control button on my system works fine but it only can't control the power as I switch on the power from the socket. If I legally shut it down from windows it shuts down and I can start it again by bushing the power button. If the power goes of and comes back anytime it restarts. I don't have to bush the power button when I want to switch it off it automatically switches off by itself.
thank you

Your question is very difficult to understand. If I'm understanding you correctly, you are saying that you can't shutdown sometimes. Instead it restarts? Do you have windows 98? If so this patch from microsoft might fix your problem:

Hope that helps.

Kevin.

Thanks Keven for your help. But is is not the way you took it. I have no shut down problems. It shuts down and restarts well. So, English is not my first language but I mean When I switch off my system I also switch off the power from the wall socket. Now that I want to use my system first I have to switch on the power from the wall socket after the I have to bush the power button on my CPU, But As I switch on the Power from the wall Socket it directly goes to the power supply and starts the system ignoring if the CPU power button is on or not.

why does my systems starts direct from the wall socket?

Sorry if I am still confusing you.
thanks

Why is that a problem? It saves you from having to push two buttons to power up.

check the power saving settings in BIOS.

sounds like one of the options relating to "wake up Events" under the Power Settings - IE. state after power failure - is set to restart. toggle it to OFF.

I know what I am trying to say - I dont think it is coming out correctly.
