System freeze

Half the time when I sign on my computer freezes. My system resources's usually at 77% or higher what should i do?

Well from the information you gave me, I'd say your best bet is to format your computer. When's the last time you did it? My computer used to freeze all the time, after about 10 months after my last format, then I did it again and it was fine. Pain in the ass to restore your whole computer the way it was, but it's worth it in the long run. I'd recommend a format about every 6 months if you use your computer often(especially if you like to tinker around).If you're afraid of losing a lot of data, a second hard drive is always nice to have, it helps with restoring things back to normal. You have a conflict someplace. They are always telling people to reformat and reinstall. Also not necessary every 6 months either. I had win 95b for 3 years and never reinstalled it and used it constantly on two computers. Keep trying for the correct answer.
