My system will completely freeze up for 30 seconds to a minute. Then it automatically reboots itself (performing scan disc each time). The freeze happens 9 out of 10 times that any video file begins to play (in Media Player or other program). Its also started happening when a flash file plays. Could the integrated graphics board in this gateway system be the problem? Any remedies or ideas on how to fix or repair problem? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thx

You might check your DirectX settings to see if there's any problem there:

dxdiag

Why don't they make computers that will do what we think we want them to do?
