Hi all, I just did a system file checker and got some of these... Naveng.vxd, naveng32.dll navex15.sys, navex32a.dll and a few others in that nav.. Others were iraVcObj.dll, VcResEN.dll, LrResEN.dll, VcSetup.exe,iraDefA2.dll,iraLSUl.dll and a few others. I have downloaded a site that was supposed to help check and clean my reg files.. don't know to much about it, but I guess I may have deleted some of these..How do and where do I put them back. Everything else seems to be running on my system. I have done a scan disk and defrag, just when I went to file checker it came up with all of these, that I don't understand, can anyone help...
Thanks :)

Deb, My best advice to you is to not use System File Checker unless you are having specific file error messages or errors. The files you mentioned are most probably files you deleted(all the nav. files are from Norton Anti-virus which get deleted automatically when you update your anti-virus definitions). I could research the other files but I'd be willing to bet that they are also from programs that you either updated or deleted. If your system is running fine let it alone. I could go on and on about the System File Checker tool and show you examples from Microsoft of files that SFC claims are corrupt when they actually aren't. If you want more info on SFC post back and let me know.
