System disc invalid

Product: toshiba satellite 200 CDS

hy!
I've formated the C drive on my oldschool toshiba satellite 200 CDS laptop. After that I wanted to install a hungarian version of a win95 , but it doesn't worked.
the pc asked me to insert a system disc. My question is, that, were can I get a system disc, or what can I do now , to make the pc working again?
sorry , for the bad english!
Please help me!!!!!

Use the floppy you formatted with, or get a win95 bootdisk here:

It must be trying to boot from the hard drive. Go into cmos/bios setup and set the floppy as the first boot device.

If you're trying to boot from the cd, I'm not sure if that laptop will boot from a cd or that the 95 cd is even bootable.

The MS Win95 CD is not bootable. You will have to boot from a floppy diskette and run setup.exe on the CD.
