The virus that keeps comming up is in your system restore folder. You need to shut off system restore, reboot, rescan to make sure you are clean, turn system restore back on.
The reason your antivirus cannot clean it out is because windows locks system restore from other programs modifying it including antivirus but sometimes windows backs up the virus.
To shut off restore..
Right click my computer
Click properties
Click the system restore tab
Check "turn off system restore on all drives"
Click apply
Click ok

Restart your computer
What this does (in case you don't know) is delete all your restore points and the virus in there.
Once you have done another scan with clean results then turn on system restore again.

Rt. click my computer> properties> system restore tab> uncheck "turn off..."> apply> ok

I would also remove the folowing entry with hijack this:
Have just hijack this running, check the entry listed below and click fix checked.

(this product will end up installing toolbars in your browser you don't want and slow you down)

Happy Holidays!
