Swedish letter missing.

Comment:
I just installed a clean copy of Win98 SE Upgrade, English version. However, I'm from Sweden so I switched all locale inputs to Swedish along with keyboard input and everything else. Now, when I want to use the letter "å", that's an "a" with a small ring above it, the letter doesn't appear. Instead a strange character appears like a large "L" with an apostrophe above it.
Anyone know what may be the cause of this behavior?

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that this behavior only appears when naming/renaming folders or files in explorer or while file managing. In documents, Wordpad, Word etc, the letter is correct.
However, I reinstalled Windows from scratch, something must have gone wrong, and everything is now fine. Thanks. /Marcus
