Help,
I am putting in a new hard drive and taking the old one out, is there an easy way to copy all the old programs and files to the new one, (possibly even the OS -Win 95) I temporarilly have the old one connected, but there is no room in the case for it permanently.

Power Quest Partition Magic 4.0 and Transfer 95 (only 20 bucks) do a great job of it.
Transfer 95 can be downloaded from: http://www.itechs-systems.com/TRANSX95.EXE

use the low level hd utility disk that came with the new hd. In the setup choose to copy the old partition to the new HD. It says something like copy partition or image or something like that. that will take everything from the old and put it on the new.

OR first type "sys c: d:" where c: is your old hard disk and d: is your new hard disk, then you can move both hard disk into your friend's computer, then just copy and paste it. then remove them and only plug your new one into your system.

Or you could just do either of the following: Option 1: From the command prompt, type COPY C:\*.* D:\ [ENTER]
Option 2: From Explorer, right click on the root directory of your 1st HD and click on copy. Then single click on the 2nd HD and paste into the root directory of that HD.
