Svchost.exe and some weird files

can somebody help me with these files: svchost.exe msvfog.com msyciv.com
i realised that these programs are giving my computer problems but possibilities of viruses are elminited(cuz i scanned them wif an updated AV software) but no matter how i delete them from the registry and the programs itself, they keep reappearing everytime i reboot my computer..help is much appreciated...thx.
Note: i'm running a WIN98SE and know that svchost.exe shudn't be on my system files Svchost.exe ---- C:\Windows msvfog.com ---- C:\Windows\Command msyciv.com ---- C:\Windows\System
