New computer, parts,etc
SUWIN is often associated with faulty or overheating processors.

Having this same problem (at different address 000C:0B47) with an ECS K75EM Motherboard. Their website says to flash upgrade the bios to fix it. Haven't tried this yet, but expect it to work.
