I have this problem very frequently.I hope someone can help. When I try to open a file from some application,I sometimes don't get the window where I can select the file.Like when I want to attach a file to my mail,I dont get the window where I can pick which file to attach,or sometimes it in another application where I want to open a WORD template. I then have to exit this application and restart it to get it working.This is really fustrating.Please help me with this.
