Strange IE toolbar

Hi, Recently this strange toolbar has been appearing on my internet explorer. The Strange this is that it screwed up the names of my current tool bars. For example, if i want to activate the Radio Tool Bar, i now have to go View/Toolbars/yzesbuick while the Radio tool bar activates other tool bars. This strange tool bar is merely a search engine tool and whenever i launch IE it changes the homepage to some different one. How can i get rid of it?
