stop programs auto start on win startup

Can anyone tell me how to stop programs auto start when windows starts up?
I think the name of the program that controls the auto start is something like "Win".

Never mind found it.
It is called "msconfig".
But thanks any way

Check the startup folder in Windows. If you have Win98, run MSCONFIG and remove check mark in front of programs you want to stop loading on startup.
