I INSATALLED THE CARD SEVERIAL TIMES .

IM RUNNING WIN 98 THE THINK OPENS AND PULLS UP BUT NO TV VIDEO OR NO COMPOSIT OR ANY PICTURE IT IS BLACK WINDOW THE REMOTE WORKS OK PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO THANKS!!!!!!

on your remote,go to your menu.......click the tuner tab.......and set the sourse to whatever supplies your TV....cable,etc

Plus,you gotta configure your channels into it......that also is in the menu...
