Opening a file won't do you much good. You need to open the Application (Program) which works with your file(s). Locate the application you wish to open with start up. Right click on it. Click 'Create Shortcut'. Drag this shortcut to:

C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

Sorry, I know this, I might of worded the question wrong. I need to open Frontpage then open files that are associated with a web page. I know you can use : or ; to add other extensions tot he start-up shortcut. I just need to know a little more about that.

!URGENT! W32.Klez@MM has infected my computer. I have tried buying Mcaffee 6.02 and deleted a needed vxd and dll file, VSHINIT.VXD and RUPDATE.DLL and cannot find them anywhere to download on the net. If anyone knows where I can find these files, I would be very greatful.

VSHINIT.VXD is part of the McAfee VShield program. try reinstalling McAfee to fix that issue.
