I am having a problem starting the computer..The CMOS starts and seems to be OK..But then I get what seems to be a post screen..That I didn't have befor..The screen runs through a list of hardware and stops on plug and play..That's where I get a flashing curser.and cant get any further...Any Ideas

hmm... well, it could be a lot of things, but i would try these three first

try ENABLING "PnP OS" in your BIOS, this tells the bios not to set up your PNP devices

try taking out your PNP Cards one by one until the error clears up, then put em back in, in a different order, until you see which one is causing the problem, then replace it

just wipe your bios, but not before you write down (on a piece of paper:P) your current settings
again, youre gonna be restoring em one by one until you replicate the problem and from there you can decide the course of action to take
