i keep getting stack dump errors with my new system

1 example:

module WF2K.exe at 016f:0045719b.

theres many more but thats just 1, im getting em every day. can sum1 explain 2 me please what they are and how i might get rid?

i get them with different applications aswell

im on windows 98se
athlon xp 2600
512mbddr400 ram (ive tried limiting it to 192 or 256 and no joy either)
ABIT NF7-s m/b

From a search for that WF2K.exe file.
It seems to be part of a graphics card driver.
Then try updating the graphics card/video card drivers.
If that doesn't work run sfc.exe (system file checker) and look for any corrupt files and replace them if there are any.
