The one I use is Adaware 6.0. You can download it free from my website:
http://www.gregselectronics.com

Go to the Info Center, then look for the Adaware 6.0 link. Click it, save the file to disk, then double click the file (aaw6.exe) and it will install the program. It's awesome. You can also D/L the same program from Lavasoft if you feel more comfortable doing that.
