We have been having problems with some of our WIndows 95 machines that use AS/400. They are trying to print documents from the AS/400 system and it seems to kill our NT SPooler alot. Is there a solution that anyone knows about?? More details later if needed

PLEASE HELP!
when I try to start microsoft word 97, I get the message " A required DLL file, WINSPOOL.DRV, was not found." I also get this message when I am trying to install a program from a CD.
