I keep getting the message SPOOL32 caused an invalid page fauld in module Kernel32.dll at 0157:bff78769. I can't reload my printer driver because of this and I can't bypass it.
I need to know how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Microsoft was no help at all.

Leave the printer setup as it is. Select Start, setting, printers. Select the printer and choose Properties. Find the Spool setting option and change the "Spool data type" from EMF to RAW.

Hope this helps you out

Changing EMF to RAW is not acceptable because it cause the printouts to contain text only. Any lines, boxes, graphics etc. will no longer print.

Why can't Microsoft and HP address this issue? It is clearly their responsibility.
