I am having many and no joy from the company in trying to fix them.Thanks.....I now have NO sound on my internet and my DVD's will not be recoginsed any more. Can't even hear the dialing tone. As for the DVD's when I place them in my drive it says wrong region but in my settings it is right. This is all too frustrting for me as no one will help me. Also when I log of and switch of get a pop on my speakers as they shut down. all I have are the two monitor speakers. can you help at all

Do you have the latest version of DirectX? Did you uninstall the drivers for your old soundcard? What does Device Manager say about the soundcard? Any yellow exclamation marks? If you have an internal modem, did you connect the cable from the modem to the soundcard? Have you tried reinstalling your DVD player?

Sorry...yes it was but my system is Win 98 not 95......anyway. All I did was take out old sound card then placed in new sound card. When windows detected new hardware and wanted to look for new drivers then I clicked cancel and inserted the CD that came with the card. What happens if I do not uninstall old sound drivers? Yes I have connected the cable from the modem to the sound card but still no sound.
