does any one know were i can down load new drivers for a sound blaster 16 audio card. The drivers need to be newer then 98. I think this will solve my installation problem. Thanks in advance Boylan

I wish I was wrong here, but creatives drivers tend to be older for this, awe32 and awe64 cards. I want an update myself. If I am wrong let me know as I could do with them . ps they don't seem to be directx certified either. pps but older or not they seem to work better for me anyhow.

Creaf, Soundblaster, Creative Labs, you'll get there. I use a SB16 Value card in my Win98 pc, use the drivers that are as old as the card and it works better than most new cards, and never causes problems.

If I play 48kHz sound files in Mediaplayer or ActiveMovie I get like 15kHz result. Winamp however plays it correctly.. anyone knows how to solve this? Please mail me.

I ahve sound blaster yet no sound comes out ity says the hardware is not responing or the devie is not installed but i ahve been able to use it before
