I have a yellow ! next to my crystal wdm audio codec and USB root hub. It says to fix the problem update the device driver.
When I try that for the audio I then get a location for the driver of c:\CABS\WIN 95-98\AUDIO\BRYANT\CWA and when I try to click next I get an insert disk message asking me to insert disk labeled "WHQL" which I do not have.
When I try this for the USB root hub I get a message that the best driver that windows found is already installed. Please help I am having such a hard time with this.
In addition to not having sound my kids have not been able to play some games they have always played on the internet.
