ok. it goes like this. yesterday i've tried to run my bsplayer for watching a movie. the mouse start moving really slow finally the explorer stop responding. i closed it. since then the pc start up was slow down. since i've the bsplayer on a disk over a year, i thought it was caused by a virus and i formatted my system. once i've installed all the software including bsplayer, i run bsplayer and it worked fine. after a restart i've tried to run bsplayer and the problem come back. i do'nt to format again my system so i would like to see what the hell slow down the windows start up. so my questions is how can i see what slows down the startup? it's all go ok until the desktop is shown. then it slow down. i've tried the startup menu in MSCONFIG but nothing. how can i see what causes the slow down and eliminate it?? thanx a lot!

thanx a lot, but it didn't help. i did ctrl+alt+del and i recognize each and each program in the list. it takes more to start from the point you see the desktop without the icons and the toolbar ("start" toolbar) up to the point you see them...
