I am having trouble with slow scrolling and typing response in IE 6(on my bosses computer. I just upgraded to ie6 thinking the trouble was in ie5.5 to no avail. I have run norton and found 2 problems js.seeker and pwsteal. norton cleaned them but i am still having trouble. i am also having trouble with the shortcuts on desktop not working when i click on them. the start menu/programs is not working either. only way to open a program is to start/run and find the exe. i have downloaded the sec.fixes from ms; ran a registry fixer; defrag and scandisk; ran fixit utilities... any suggestions?
