I have win9xse on a 20gb 128sdram sys, with 5.5 explorer, and when I click on shortcut to load MSN for logging onto net it takes forever to physically show the login password area, and then slow to connect and sign in. I have already removed/reloaded redid settings etc. No change. Any help greatfully appreciated. By the way did not find any help papers from Microsoft support to let me try and adjust it.
