Well, it's not that bad, but ...
I ran boot log ananyser. Seems like the majour slow up is the floppy disk controller - 66.56, seconds, if I read it right.

I've unchecked 'search for new floppy...' in the device manager, uninstalled and reinstalled the controller, same result.
Any thoughts?

Is the drive working? You could remove the floppy in the bios. You could also remove the overclocking to see if that's causing a problem.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

In the BIOS, uncheck the floppy as a boot option. And, you can could enable Fast Booting there as well.
