OK now! I got two problems but I think they both have something to do with confusion of the CD Drive.

Problem 1: I tried to load a game with my CD drive, then a blue screen comes up and says, "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C989E5D7". What does this mean?

Problem 2: Before Windows 98 boots, I saw that my computer does not detect my Primary and Secondary Slave Drive. BIOS says, "Pri. Slave Drive: None" and "Sec. Slave Drive: None". How do I fix this?

Thanks for the solution!

This is usually caused by loose cable on the HDD. Check your cables in your system. Make sure the cables are all seated tightly in their slots and double-check the pins are not backwards (pin 1 (usually red) should be next to the power cable in the hard drive). And make sure the cable is seated in the primary IDE on the motherboard with pin 1 of the cable in Pin 1 of the motherboard. Afterwards do an autodetect if you BIOS autodetects for HDD.
