I just installed the new windows 98 second addition update. When I shut down the PC stops at the windows shut down window and does not go to "it is safe to turn off your computer now". I did have to re install my mouse driver. I am using a Kensington Expert Mouse. I also get errors on explorer and systrace which close and are accessible when I open them. Any suggestions
