I can't open IE through my cable but can through dial up??? I am running Win98. Have run repair & didn't work. I even removed IE and downloaded again. Didn't work. Finally downloaded Netscape but don't like it. Any suggestions.

Have you called your cable service? If I paid that much for access I would be on the phone pronto.

The cable company said that I have a software problem. When I try to open IE is shows window/system/shdoclc.dns error then comes up with "This page can't be displayed". I can't refresh either.
