setting up a FAN into my case ,,also what Is the best cooling fan I can use to cool my system ...
,,please give a detailed explanation..thanks in advance..

There are several ways to add a fan to your case. Among the easiest are fans that fit in an available expansion slot and fans that fit in an available drive bay. I have added an expansion slot fan to my pc and found that it dropped the internal temperature by about 12 degrees. It moves an amazing amount of air for such a small fan! Check out the fan selection at http://www.vbd.com for ideas. The "System Exhaust Blower" there is what I used.

Even easier get a case cooling fan. It fits in the empty grey casing attached to the inside of your case and plugs into the little white slot with two prongs on your motherboard.
