I read somewhere that that global "drivers - all" was being changed. Not sure if it will work for new users. Registration remains free as far as I know tho.

Your only chance is if someone happens to come along who uses that display adapter or happens to have a disk. It might happen, but your chances are not good.
Sometimes driver websites are free registration, might be worth checking. Make sure that number is right, I didn't have any luck searching for it in Google.
