sda2 file on my pc

in my downloads i have a file named sda2 png and i cant delete it ,,, what is this and how do i remove it. thanks alot

Can;t find anything on this file, but enable full filename display in your folder options and check it only has the .png extension.
Have you run full virus and spyware scans? If it is not shown as malicious, do a clean boot to DOS, then delete from the command line.

Here's some info on .png files:
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/PNG/
They often show up in TIFs. If it's there you should be able to remove it by clearing out all your temporary internet files. If it's somewhere else you may be able to remove it in safe mode or definately in dos. You may want to post back it's location.

You're welcome. I'm glad it worked. Sometimes a few of the TIFs get a 'read only' attribute that windows won't let you change.
