I have an Astra 600S scanner with SCSI hookup. What is the easiest way to connect this to a new Dell PC that does not have a SCSI card?

I got a chuckle from that answer.
The scanner didn't already come with a card?Generally most scsi hardware will come with a controller card also.

We used to use a Trantor cable to connect a scsi devices to a parallel port. I am not sure they even make them any more since Adaptec purchaed the trantor company back in the early 90's.
