Screen Saver Crash?

Some of the screen savers use open GL for the graphics. Are you using an open GL screen saver or one of the old ones from the Win 95 days.

It's called 3D pipes, 3D text, etc, and came with win98. Actually, I don't even usually bother with a screen saver, but it bothers me that this is happening. I never have a similar problem even when running something like 3DstudioMax. Thanks again.

The 3D pipes screen saver does use open GL for graphics. This will at least point you to an open gl problem.
you might have a look and see if there are newer drivers for that card. Or try reloading the drivers you have. It could be they just glitched during the install.
