Scandisk problems

I have recently used scandisk to compress my hard drive and now I can't uncompress my hard drive.
Scan disk says that my c:drive is a boot drive and cannot be deleted or formatted and the new h: drive is not compressed.

#1 rule - Never compress drives in the first place. I had a stack dump on my old computer and it never woke up! New hard drives are so cheap now, you might as well get a new one, the techs at the computer repair place will transfer your data to the new one for free.
