Scan Disk on start up

I'm having a problem with my scan disk. Even though I have a successful shutdown my pc runs a scan disk every time I start up my pc. How can I fix this?

You didn't mention your OS, but go to THIS LINK and read the Microsoft explanation. You mey need to download a fix. You may be able to resolve this just by running MSCONFIG then click ADVANCED and check the box to disable fast shutdown.
