Saving hard drive

CPU/Ram: 200 cpu

Here's my problem....my old Pc will not boot, no beeps, no video. The power supply and cpu fan are running. It has the old style ram (fast page) I think. I took out all the attached cards (modems, etc) except the video card and nothing. I don't really care about this computer but would like the contents of the hard drive (It pertains to my business). Can I place the hard drive into another computer.....as an add on or a stand alone drive? This computer that I am using has an K-7 500 cpu. Please help me!

Shouldn't be a problem adding it as a slave or secondary master in another machine. You may encounter problems if you try to start Windows from that drive in a different computer - although probably Safe Mode would be available if you did do it that way.
