Hi! I want to create a Win98SE startup disk but my floppy drive is not "A" it is "E" because it is an external floppy drive connected by USB. Does anyone know how to change the default in the WIN98SE Startup Disk program? Thanks alot!

You can change the drive letter assignments through the control panel. As well, you should change the assignment in the BIOS, so it knows to look for drive "E" and not "A" if you need to use the Windows Startup Disk.

Stop before you go any further. Creating a boot disk is going to be worthless to you anyway unless you install a regular floppy drive.
If you do ever need a boot disk, it isn't going to work with an external USB floppy drive because there are no DOS drivers made for USB.
