You need a program to unzip it, then you can access the file(s). Try WinZip. Just download & install the evaluation version:

Uh, the HP website doesn't say ANYTHING about the S3 Savage4...you did! My guess is the link in response #1 has all the drivers you need (or needed)

After you get the video problem solved, we can try to help with the keyboard problem as it appears none of the punctuation keys on the right side of your keyboard are working.

Look again at the link in response #1...what exactly do you think "Presario Whitney 810/810e Video Driver for Windows 98/ME" is? the problem with that driver which i did download was when i installed it during the file transfer screen or what ever its called error messages popped up file not found which made me think it may have been an update for an existing driver i may be wrong but for my situation it didnt work

Re#18

I don't think you can blame a "forum". It all depends on the reaction of different contributors.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but it can be very difficult for folk to understand properly when there is one long sentence which slides from one thought to another.
I had to struggle and many people might not bother.

The clearer the post the easier the understanding, hence the better chance of the right help. Just break it up a bit, that's all it amounts to. I'm sure we all want to help if we can.
