Hi people,

I have a win98 machine. Whenever I start it up, it always reboots itself and then it'll go into safe mode. What's up with this and can anyone provdie me with some help?

Boot up in safe mode (i guess you have no choice). Then go to start/run and type msconfig ... click ok. Open the 'Startup' tab and unselect all the items. If it boots ok, run msconfig again and try adding items back one at a time with a trial boot between each.
