THE DRIVERS THAT COME WITH MY WIN95 VERSION B DO NOT RUN THIS CARD TO ANY MORE THAN 16 COLOURS WHERE CAN I FIND THE DRIVERS TO GIVE ME MORE THAN 16 COLOURS....THANX KAI.

If not, S3 has a web site. www.s3.com They got the drivers there.

In My PC, I can only use 256 colors of the video drivers, but I want to use 16 bits or 24 bits real colors. Please help me.

I found the S3 website to download the driver S3 Trio 64V, but was not successful. Is it because we have to pay for it before we can get access to it.
My S3 Card currently installed is not working properly without installing the correct driver. Please help.

my mate has a s3 Trio 64V+, but can only get it to run in 16 colours. I have installed win98 on his pc, but the drivers for it are not on the win95 cd or the win 98 cd which is why i thought i may need to get the drivers from s3, but guess what, they dont have any drivers for the trio, but seem to only have drivers for the diamond products, eg stealth, viper and im pissed off that the makers of the card dont even have drivers for the own products, so if any one know of any place that i can get some drivers for his card please help.

I have same problem: 16 colours VGA, for S3 Trio 64V. Chip has 765 printed on it as well as S3 on the card itself, card manufactured by "Palit Microsystems Inc.", PCI card, only recognised as PCI VGA card

DOWNLOAD
KT1000 Windows 95 driver (195Kb)

No guarantees it will work for you, but it worked for me. I used this driver today (3/6/2000) to get an old NEC Ready 9552 with this chipset operational with High Color.

I have not tried it out, but I was able to download a driver dated 3/2/98 from

i have win98. downloaded mssystem cofiguration utility to diagnose a modem problem. used it's backup button to backup my files. ran the program. it was no help. infact it screwed with everything. now i have 16 colors. i found a site where a driver is to be found for S3 TRIO 64V+. it's http://bebits.bebits.com/app/202/

to All the users of trio64 V+ :
to solve your problem try on in advanced properties menu to select default setting and not optimum.
For me it's working with the w95 basic driver (24/8/96) present in w95 OSR2 cd
