Runtime Error w/ Turbo Tax 2002

I have installed TTax 2002 but when I try to run the program I get:

Microsoft Visual C++ Library

Runtime Error

Program C:\Program Files\Turbo Tax\Deluxe 2002\32 Bit\TTax.exe

abormal program termination

Intuit online and phone help - Useless

Microsoft Help - Nonexistent as of yet

Any help would be appreciated. Again all files have been copied to my hard drive, the program just won't run. I have reinstalled TTax 2000 and 2001 from the disks I have with no problems.

Thanks John, but that's a road I have already travelled down. I appreciated the effort but I am still looking for a solution.
